Meat Stewed with Corn, Pumpkin and Beans
Overview
The corn is stewed with pumpkin, beans, and pork, and some braised pork soup is added. The rice absorbs the aroma of the gravy and is very delicious.

Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes, slice the pork, cut the cooked corn into cubes, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

Heat the oil, add the gluten-removed, washed and water-controlling beans and stir-fry.

Fry the beans until wilted, add the pork belly and stir-fry.

Fry until the meat changes color, add the pumpkin and stir-fry.

Add onions and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

The pork is too lean, so pour in some braised broth, add water, salt, and chicken essence and start stewing.
