Beef Vermicelli Soup
Overview
There was an extra piece of beef braised two days ago, so I sliced it into pieces and made a bowl of beef vermicelli soup. I paired it with the spicy oil I made before. It was really delicious!

Soak the vermicelli in advance and set aside.

Wash the louvers and cut into shreds.

Slice the beef, mince the green onion, and mince the coriander.

The original soup for cooking beef was cooked before, so I used a thick soup pot, and added a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little pepper, and a little salt to taste.

Add the soaked vermicelli and shredded louvers, cook the vermicelli until transparent and take it out.

For the vermicelli, take out the shredded leaves and put them into a basin, and have two spoons of soup.

Place beef slices, minced green onions, coriander, some peanuts if you like, and two spoons of the spicy oil you made before.
