Ingredients: rice, millet.

Put the rice and millet in a bowl and soak in water for 4 hours (it will be better if you soak it the first day).

Put the soaked rice into a food processor and beat into rice paste.

Sieve the beaten rice milk.

Put the sifted rice milk into a large bowl, add baking powder, baking powder and milk powder and stir evenly.

Cover the mixed rice paste with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for fermentation (I put it on the radiator, which is faster).

Fermented rice milk.

Stir again to vent.

Pour the rice milk into a flat plate (80% full) and sprinkle your favorite nuts on top.

Steam over high heat for 25 minutes (the steaming time depends on the amount of rice milk).
