I often made pickled chicken feet a while ago, and I was really hurt by it. Today I made a braised version, and it was still delicious.

Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails. Add water, peppercorns, ginger slices, and green onion slices to the pot. Cook for a few minutes to remove the blood

Add oil to the wok, add some ginger slices, scallions, and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken feet and stir-fry until the water is dry. Add all the other seasonings, add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce the juice
