Overview
Lubricant and juicy braised pork has always been my favorite. Every time I go out to eat, I must order braised pork. I asked about how to make braised pork, and I gave up immediately when I heard that it requires stir-fried sugar-coated pork. The first time I fried candies, I almost broke the pot, so frying candies was the thing I was most afraid of. This time, my mother learned a simple version of braised pork recipe from a friend and came back to teach me with great interest. With the idea of giving it a try. I tried making it once over the weekend, and it tasted exactly like the braised pork eaten in restaurants, but it was really easy to make. With this method, even a novice in the kitchen can show off his skills to his family.

Clean the pork belly with skin and cook it in water, take it out and let it cool slightly

Cut the cooked pork belly into small cubes
