Overview

  1. Soak fungus, cut green and red pepper into shreds

  2. Blanch the soaked fungus in boiling water until it is broken, take it out and immediately put it into ice water

  3. Heat oil in a wok, add Sichuan peppercorns to make Sichuan peppercorn oil and set aside

  4. Remove the fungus and put it into a large bowl. Add shredded green and red pepper, salt, vinegar, cold soy sauce and peppercorn oil, mix well and serve
