Wash appropriate amount of cabbage core.

Cut into three finger segments.

Blanch in boiling water until raw, remove and set aside.

Blanch the vermicelli until soft, soak in cold water and tear into small pieces.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, pepper, and millet pepper until fragrant.

Pour in the soaked vermicelli.

Stir fry twice and pour in a bowl of boiling water.

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste, cover and simmer for a while.

Pour in the blanched cabbage core.

Stir fry a few times, turn off the heat and serve.
