It’s been a long time since I wrote a recipe. I made this seafood soup today and it was really delicious and sweet, so I posted it to share with you all! 😊😊

Cut the carrots into shreds. It is better to make the ingredients shorter and have the same length to look more coordinated. I cut them a bit long here. Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1 cm length; I bought the dried scallops ready-made, if not, soak the scallops in cold water and press them into shreds; cut the crab leg meat into strips; mince the shrimp; remove the bones from the tofu fish and cut it into 5 mm wide shreds; cut the celery into beads. Just the right amount of chicken soup.

When the soup boils again, add dried beetroot, crab legs, shrimps, tofu and shredded fish.
