Have ingredients ready for later use.

Add onions, ginger, garlic, and a spoonful of cooking wine to blanch the pork.

Remove the blanched pork and wash it in cold water and set aside.

Preheat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir-fry until brown.

Add pork and stir-fry until browned.

Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce.
