Overview
I think bread and cakes are all desserts that make you feel happy. The slight acidity of the cheese on top is combined with the sweetness of the apples, and the caramelized apples mixed into the bread body also increase the taste.

Mix the ingredients except butter and caramel apples, and knead evenly

Cheese filling cream cheese 150g white sugar 25g whole egg liquid 38g butter 35g cornstarch 10g apple 40g cream cheese softened at room temperature. Add white sugar and beat evenly with a whisk. Add the egg liquid and beat with a whisk until the cheese and egg liquid are completely mixed. Then add the softened butter and continue beating evenly (note that the butter must be softened completely, otherwise it will not be thoroughly mixed and there will be small pieces of butter in the cheese paste).
