This is fried meat waffle, very crispy and delicious.

Weigh 300 grams of flour, 4 grams of salt, 10 grams of oil, and 140 grams of water in a bowl, and knead the dough

Just knead by hand.

Cover with wrung-out wet gauze and let rise for 20 minutes.

Start making puff pastry: add 30 grams of oil and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. (I used 15 grams for this picture, but I found out later that it was missing)

Immediately add 30 grams of flour and stir.

Mixed pastry.

Grease the countertop with oil and set aside.

Roll the rested dough into a rectangular sheet.

Brush with all the stirred pastry.

Roll up. (Too long, please close it up to take pictures)

Ten pieces of dough were cut.

Take a piece of dough, pinch both ends tightly, and lift up.

Then press down with your palms.

Press bigger and put appropriate amount of pork floss

After wrapping it up, close it up and press it flat again.

The ten pieces of meat floss dough that have been made can be stored in the refrigerator. Of course, it’s more delicious if it’s freshly baked and fried.

Put it into the oil pan and fry both sides over low heat until golden brown. (It will expand when fried) When you eat it, you can see the layers, which are very crispy.
