Braised pork and baby cabbage
Overview
I got a new colorful soup pot from Clay Pot King, the color is very bright. I received the delivery at 11 am and couldn't wait to use it. I started the pot first and made a soup pot using bacon and baby cabbage that I had at home. I added some fresh shrimps and soaked bamboo shoots. The cooked soup was used to go with the rice. The soup and vegetables were also included. It was nutritious, delicious and easy to use. I prefer to use clay pots to make stews. The stew has a richer flavor than ordinary pots, and the vegetables are soft and tender. For our family of four generations, it is really suitable for all ages, especially the pottery king's pot, which can withstand high temperatures. This Korean soup pot can be heated to 500 degrees without cracking. It is not as delicate as ordinary clay pots.
