Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and pour the cake batter into it. Just fill the baking pan

Preheat the oven and shake the baking pan to release any air bubbles. 150 degrees, 20 minutes.

Remove from the mold when cool, cut the sides, spread sauce while hot, and roll up. Refrigerate for a while to set.
