Wash and cut the cucumber into cubes, marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 10 minutes, then wash and beat. Cucumbers soaked in salt are crispier.

Marinate the pork slices and set aside.

Wash the red pepper and cut into rings.

Let the cucumbers and red peppers cool in water.

Heat the pan and sauté the oil, onions and garlic until fragrant.
