What I’m making today is a very simple peanut pancake. It’s very easy to make but tastes great.

Add some icing sugar to the softened butter and stir evenly with an electric mixer.

Add the peanut butter and remaining powdered sugar and mix again with an electric mixer.

Add the egg liquid in portions and stir until smooth.

Sift in the flour and baking powder.

Mix in folds to form a dough.

Divide the dough into small balls of 20g each, place on a non-stick baking pan and flatten with your fingers. (The small ones are 13 grams each)

Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in the middle for about 20 minutes.
