  1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance and steam it, soak the scallops and dried cuttlefish (you can omit it if you add seafood for more flavor) for 1 hour, and cut them all.

  2. Add shrimps, scallops, cuttlefish, onions, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

  3. Put oil in the pot and add the marinated meat from step 2.

  4. After the shrimp changes color, add onions and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

  5. Turn to low heat, add glutinous rice, season and color, mix well.

  6. Dig a spoonful of glutinous rice into the center of the wonton wrapper, shape it slightly to form a ball, lift up the 4 corners of the wonton wrapper and align them, and tighten them with your thumb and index finger. If the wonton wrapper is not full, just stuff it with glutinous rice.

  7. Steam the rice in a steamer for 10 minutes and it's ready to eat.
