-
A piece of fresh yellow-bone fish, clean it, soak it in salt water to easily remove the yellow part on the surface of the fish, cut the tofu into small pieces, 50 grams of white jade mushroom, one spring onion, and sliced ginger.
-
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, add yellow bone fish and fry one side until it is browned, then turn it over and fry both sides until it is browned (note that when frying the fish, do not flip or shake it in the pan, let one side be completely colored and then turn it over, so that the fish skin will not fall off).
-
Add water to the casserole. When the water boils, add the fried fish, ginger slices, and green onions. Cook over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
-
Only when fried fish is added to boiling water and cooked over high heat will the fish soup turn white, as shown in the picture.
-
After 10 minutes, add tofu and white jade mushrooms, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste for the last 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
-
Yellow bone fish soup strengthens the spleen and replenishes calcium. The soup is delicious, slightly sweet, and very nutritious.

Drink it twice a week to help your child grow taller. You can add noodles to the fish soup and pour it over rice. It tastes so good that you can’t stop drinking it.
