Pork belly with rice
Overview
I find it quite strange. Things I didn’t like when I was a kid, I like now, like this bowl of vegetable rice. When my dad was here, I would object to it every time I made it. But now that my dad is gone, I don’t know whether I miss him or have really changed my taste, so I just want to eat it. In the past two days, my mother-in-law’s friend brought some vegetables she grew, just in time to make some.
