  4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color.

  5. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add taro and simmer for 15 minutes.
