Cut taro into cubes.

Cut pork belly into cubes.

Heat oil in a pot, add taro and fry until slightly browned, drain and control oil.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add taro and simmer for 15 minutes.

When the taro is soft, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
