Overview
Oyster cakes are a specialty here. My mother-in-law grew the cabbage and carrots herself. The oysters were given to me by my relatives at the beach, so the taste is really wonderful

Chop the cabbage, carrots and seaweed and set aside (the amount here is relatively large, it is recommended to do it in small quantities)

Add salt to the dish

Add MSG

Add soy sauce

Mix well

Marinate oysters and meat with salt, MSG and soy sauce for preparation

Add appropriate amount of water to oyster cake powder to adjust to the state in the picture

Pour oil into hot pan

Put the oyster cake spoon into the oil pan and heat it

Use a small oyster cake spoon (hereinafter referred to as a small spoon) to scoop some oyster cake liquid and spread it on the large oyster cake spoon.

Put vegetables, meat and oysters on a large spoon.

Use a small spoon to spread the oyster cake liquid evenly on the surface

Fry in oil pan for two to three minutes
