Appetizer: Grilled Deviled Eggs
Overview
Deviled eggs are originally an appetizer of traditional Western food. They are usually eaten directly after squeezing the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. They are a cold meal. However, eating cold eggs in autumn and winter will be difficult to digest, and boiled eggs are difficult to heat in a microwave. Therefore, baking them in the oven for about 5 minutes is not only a reheating process, but also toasts the sesame seeds to make the taste richer.
