Overview

I originally wanted to make a version of beer duck with sweet noodle sauce, but the taste of the sweet noodle sauce sold nearby was too different from the taste in my hometown. After trying it several times, I made this spicy stir-fried duck and it tasted good~

  1. When the rapeseed oil is 60% hot, add the duck meat cut into small pieces and stir-fry (if there are large bones, such as duck heads, duck feet, duck necks, duck wings, etc., they need to be fried until golden brown on both sides, then add other duck meat and stir-fry together)

  6. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and then turn to medium-low heat
