  1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the white radish into shreds.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and red glutinous rice, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. The fire should not be too high, otherwise the red lees will burn easily.

  4. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. When the radish is cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.

  6. Stir well and sprinkle some chopped green onion before serving.
