Wash and process the fish

Heat the corn oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant

Put the fish in, pour light soy sauce on it, turn the fish over once it is fried

Add water, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and soybean paste
