Steamed Egg with Dried Sea Rice
Overview
Sea rice is rich in nutrients and has a very high protein content. It can be paired with many ingredients to make dishes fresher. It is also a simple dish to supplement calcium when paired with eggs. But if you want to steam eggs as tender and smooth as tofu, the trick is still the key.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, two eggs, rinse the dried shrimps and soak them briefly.
-
Beat the eggs and stir with chopsticks.
-
The ratio of cold boiled water to egg liquid is 1:1. Slowly pour the cool boiled water in several times to make the egg liquid and water merge together.
-
Add dried shrimps to the beaten egg liquid.
-
Press the "Steam" button on the rice cooker, put the dishes in advance, put a little water in the pot, and steam for a few minutes (just see steam starting to come out of the steam holes).
-
When you see steam coming out, open the lid of the rice cooker, pour the sea rice and egg liquid into the pre-steamed dish, then close the lid, cancel the steaming function, switch to the keep warm function, and simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Pour the egg liquid into the dish and keep the rice cooker warm for 3-4 minutes.
-
After 3 or 4 minutes, open the lid and see that the egg liquid has solidified into tender and smooth steamed eggs. Drizzle with a little sesame oil and steamed fish soy sauce.
