Sautéed crab with soy sauce
Overview
Today's fishing moratorium ends one month earlier than in previous years. From August 1st, we can once again have the pleasure of eating small seafood caught in the sea. However, when we saw reports from our local news media that the fishing situation at sea was not satisfactory, everyone reacted that the sea was getting thinner. After a trip to the sea, only a small amount of seafood was caught despite the expenditure of manpower and material resources. It is said that the purchasing price of the swimming crabs caught in the sea is more than 100 yuan per catty, which is unaffordable, really unaffordable. However, this kind of small fire crab, which costs fifteen yuan per catty, is very popular among everyone. Think about it, back then, when my grandma made this dish, all she could use were large swimming crabs. Two crabs were stir-fried in a big plate. It was so satisfying to eat!
