Farmhouse stir-fry

Overview

Steps

  1. Shred the pork, add cornstarch and Pixian watercress, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes to add color and flavor; cut green peppers, carrots, and cabbage into thin strips, soak dried cowpeas in warm water in advance and cut into small sections, mince ginger and garlic and set aside.

  3. Leave a little oil in the pot, sauté minced garlic and green pepper until fragrant, add carrots and stir-fry until slightly soft, then add cabbage and stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt.

  4. Because dried cowpeas have a salty taste, they are put into the pot last, stir-fried and cooked through, and then removed from the pot.
