Boiled Fat Fish Head
Overview
Fry both sides of the fresh fat fish head until golden brown. Add boiling water and cook until the soup becomes milky white. Add green and red peppers and sprinkle with coriander and chives. It is so fresh and tender. The memory of cooking fish in a wood-fired stove in my childhood comes back to my mind.
