All fresh ingredients are ready for use

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it

When the oil temperature rises, add the eggplant and fry for a while

Drain the fried eggplant and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the garlic cloves until fragrant

Add minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in oyster sauce and soybean paste and bring to a boil

After the sauce is boiled, add the eggplant and stir-fry a few times

Stir fry a few times quickly and it’s ready to serve
