Garlic Baked Lobster Tails
Overview
I accidentally looked back at the supermarket and saw a box of lobster tails in a box. I am not an expert in making seafood, so I used a relatively simple method to make them, using an air fryer, which is quick, easy and delicious.

Steps
-
Soak the lobster in water, add 1 tsp of refined salt, and soak for about 20 minutes to remove the ice smell.
-
Chop the garlic and onions, put them into a small ceramic bowl, and add about 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to cover the ingredients, otherwise the garlic will burn.
-
Put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, heat the oil until it bubbles, dice 1/2 red pepper and 1/2 green pepper, add to the minced garlic bowl, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, mix well and set aside.
-
Cut off the transparent shell and claws inside the lobster tail, and drain the water with kitchen paper.
-
If the lobster tail is large in size, you can make a hole in the middle and evenly apply minced garlic. The author's lobster tail is small in size, so you don't need to cut it with a knife and just apply minced garlic directly on the meat.
-
Put it into the air pot, with the meat facing up and back down, and set it to 400°F for about 5 minutes. Pull out the container. If it is not cooked through, then decide whether to bake it again. I only grilled it for 5 minutes. It is just cooked. The meat is tender and juicy. The garlic is fragrant and fragrant. Done! Enjoy!
