Garlic Baked Lobster Tails

Garlic Baked Lobster Tails

Overview

I accidentally looked back at the supermarket and saw a box of lobster tails in a box. I am not an expert in making seafood, so I used a relatively simple method to make them, using an air fryer, which is quick, easy and delicious.

  2. Chop the garlic and onions, put them into a small ceramic bowl, and add about 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to cover the ingredients, otherwise the garlic will burn.

  3. Put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, heat the oil until it bubbles, dice 1/2 red pepper and 1/2 green pepper, add to the minced garlic bowl, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, mix well and set aside.

  4. Cut off the transparent shell and claws inside the lobster tail, and drain the water with kitchen paper.

  5. If the lobster tail is large in size, you can make a hole in the middle and evenly apply minced garlic. The author's lobster tail is small in size, so you don't need to cut it with a knife and just apply minced garlic directly on the meat.

  6. Put it into the air pot, with the meat facing up and back down, and set it to 400°F for about 5 minutes. Pull out the container. If it is not cooked through, then decide whether to bake it again. I only grilled it for 5 minutes. It is just cooked. The meat is tender and juicy. The garlic is fragrant and fragrant. Done! Enjoy!
