Full House【Caviar Omelette】
Overview
In the morning, I went to the vegetable market and bought back two large crucian carp. I was going to make soup. When cleaning the fish belly, I took out two large balls of roe. They were so golden and tempting. I happened to make this auspicious snack that means a house full of gold, a healthy home, and abundant wealth. It is rich in fragrance and full of joy. . .

Clean, wash and drain the roe.

Beat the eggs, remove the heads and tails of the green onions, wash and chop them finely.

Use a larger bowl to scoop up the eggs, add chopped green onions, a little salt, chicken powder, and five-spice powder and stir evenly.
-
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions first.
-
Pour in the fish roe, add a little salt, and stir-fry over high heat.
-
Fry until the roe is golden brown and scoop it up.
-
Pour the fried roe into the egg liquid and stir evenly with chopsticks.
-
Pour oil into the hot pan again, pour in the mixed egg liquid, and fry slowly over medium heat. Pick up the pan with your hand and gently shake it back and forth until the eggs are brown.
