Fry the pork ribs till they are cooked. When the surface is browned, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry, then set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, pour the rock sugar and then add half a bowl of water! PS: The purpose of adding it is to make the rock sugar melt faster, and also to prevent it from sticking to the pan during the later stages of frying!

Add salt, brown sugar cubes, white vinegar, cover and cook over high heat for ten minutes! PS: Adding vinegar can make the meat cook faster, and you can also add less salt than usual for cooking. After all, it is sweet and sour!

After 10 minutes, the bones and meat will separate. At this time, add vinegar and stir-fry for 3 minutes before serving! Compared to the commonly used white vinegar for sourness, Xiaokai prefers the taste of mature vinegar. White vinegar has a strong smell, but mature vinegar does not. If you don't like it, you can still use white vinegar, it depends on your taste!
