Remove the pits of red dates

Soak in warm water for ten minutes

Add water to glutinous rice flour

Knead into dough
-
Divide into small pieces and roll into long strips

Wrap the soaked red dates in turn, and sift an appropriate amount of powdered sugar on the surface

Put water in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add glutinous rice and dates and steam for five minutes

Take it out and sprinkle in white sesame seeds
