Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and start to simmer the rice

Slice the sausage and blanch the vegetables in water

Fry the potato slices until golden brown on both sides, then make the sauce, add light soy sauce, oil, cooking wine and sugar to a boil and set aside

Simmer the rice until it is cooked. Add the sausage, potato slices and corn kernels, then add an egg and continue to simmer

After the rice is simmered, take it out, add the blanched vegetables, add an appropriate amount of sauce and mix well before eating
