Pineapple Shrimp Balls
Overview
Yellow pineapple, paired with green and red bell peppers, and my favorite shrimp. The sweet and sour taste has the fragrance of pineapple and is not too sweet, so you don’t have to worry about getting tired of it.

Peel the shrimp and devein the back, marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and white pepper for 10 minutes, then add appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Cut the pulp from half of the pineapple into small pieces.

Use a spoon to hollow out the other half to make a plate.

Cut red and green bell peppers into small slices.

Add oil to the pot, the oil temperature is about 150 degrees, put it in, take out the shrimps after about 40 seconds when they turn red and curled.

After the pot is hot, pour in oil, pour in the sauce prepared in advance (use appropriate amount of white vinegar, sugar, salt, tomato paste), add bell pepper first, then pineapple. Finally, add the shrimp balls, stir-fry until the ingredients are coated with the sauce, and serve.
