Fish head and tofu soup
Overview
Winter is coming. Drinking some soup will warm up your whole body. This fish head and tofu soup is nutritious and healthy. My baby especially likes to drink it. It would be better if you add some wolfberry.

Wash the fish, scrape the scales and remove the internal organs.

Chop off the fish head and tail and set aside.

Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

A piece of tofu.

Cut into cubes.

Put the ingredients and seasonings into the pot with clean water and bring to a simmer over high heat.

After the pot boils, remove the foam. Simmer for an hour.

Remove from the pan, turn off the heat, and add coriander.
