  1. Cut dry tofu into strips.

  2. Prepare dried chili segments, shredded green onions, and minced garlic.

  4. Boil water in a pot.

  5. Add a small amount of edible alkali.

  6. Boil the dried tofu in water for a while.

  7. Blanch the dried tofu for two to three minutes, remove and drain, and rinse several times to remove the alkaline smell.
