Cut dry tofu into strips.

Prepare dried chili segments, shredded green onions, and minced garlic.

Boil water in a pot.

Boil the dried tofu in water for a while.

Blanch the dried tofu for two to three minutes, remove and drain, and rinse several times to remove the alkaline smell.
