Teriyaki Beef Rice Bowl
Overview
My preference for eating rice bowls probably comes from Japanese food. Most of the Japanese set meals are rice bowls, including parent-child rice bowls, pork chop rice bowls, fried chicken rice bowls, and of course, beef rice bowls. A certain Yeya ate there once when he was stationed in this city, and then nothing happened... The meat slices were so thin, they broke when stretched, and the taste was just average. But I still like to eat beef rice bowl, because a bowl of rice contains rice, vegetables and beef. Several vegetables and staple food are condensed into one bowl. Holding a big bowl like this makes me feel so satisfied. I sent some to make beef rice bowls, and I chose the best beef in the supermarket that was a little leaner, so that it would not break easily when eaten, and the meat would be thick. Coupled with the salty, slightly sweet and bright teriyaki sauce, a bite of beef, a bite of rice, and another bite of golden root and asparagus, it is so delicious! The pleasure brought by that kind of delicious food can also increase dopamine~~ I won’t tell you how delicious it is, but I will only tell you that I ate twice the amount of rice as usual, and unknowingly, I didn’t feel full or full... It’s scary, I guess if this continues, before I become a food copywriter, I will become a new star in the fat world... facepalm... In the early morning sun, destroy a big bowl of teriyaki beef rice bowl, and the feeling of happiness will accompany you...
