Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, wash and cut into thin slices, then steam until cooked;

Add glutinous rice flour little by little to the pumpkin puree. There is still a lot of water in the steamed pumpkin puree, so be patient when adding glutinous rice flour;

Mix pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour evenly and knead into a dough of moderate hardness;

Bean paste is ready;

Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice dough and shape it into a bowl shape with your fingers, then add bean paste;

After closing, roll into dumplings; I can’t eat many dumplings, so I only made 8 dumplings;

After adding water to the pot and boiling, add the glutinous rice balls, use a spoon to gently stir the water in circles (do not stir), and cook until all the glutinous rice balls float.
