Shepherd's purse box
Overview
In the spring, I dug a lot of shepherd's purse in the fields. I picked them, washed them, blanched them and froze them in the refrigerator. Now I take them out to make steamed buns, dumplings, boxes, and soups. They are all delicious.

Dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, add it to the flour, knead it into a dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Cut the pork into cubes and marinate with soy sauce for a while.

Wash and chop shepherd's purse.

Pick and chop the leeks.

Put all the ingredients into a clean basin, add oil, salt, very fresh soy sauce, and chicken essence and mix thoroughly.

The dough is ready when it has doubled in size and formed a honeycomb shape.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into pieces.

Flatten the dough and roll it into a cake.

Take a pie and add fillings.

Pour oil into a non-stick pan and heat it, then put the box in and fry over low heat.

Poke a few holes with a toothpick to prevent them from swelling.
