  1. Prepare ingredients

  2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, two teaspoons of sesame oil, two teaspoons of cooking wine, half a teaspoon of pepper, and minced ginger. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes
