Prepare various raw materials

Seasoning salt and black pepper
-
Cut the tomatoes and beef into pieces, dice the potatoes, and chop the green onions. In order to remove the smell, I cut some ginger and two green onions.

Dang, Dang, Dang~ The bone soup is here. The bone soup taken out from the refrigerator needs to be heated first. During the heating process, two green onion segments and a piece of ginger are added to remove the smell again.
-
Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice is released, then add the beef cubes, wait until the meat is cooked and then add the bone broth. I just added them all, I forgot to take pictures before😂
-
Add diced potatoes to the bone broth and bring to a simmer
-
After the soup boils, add freshly cut noodles. Stir the dough a little to spread it out.
-
After the noodles are put into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water when the soup boils again. When the soup boils for the second time, add an appropriate amount of pepper, an appropriate amount of salt, and then sprinkle with chopped green onions ~ bone soup noodles are ready~
