Overview

Since I bought a bread machine at home, I haven’t made bread a few times, but I have eaten noodles many times because it is so convenient and I no longer have to knead dough for exercise. Although the noodles sold are convenient, the noodles you make yourself are still delicious and healthy. I feel like this noodle is very delicious. I eat it like crazy every time I make it. My boyfriend praises it everywhere. Calm down and take a look at it. This bowl of noodles is filled with almost all the pungent condiments. It tastes super refreshing, but if you don’t eat this well, friends in the south, for example, will probably collapse.

  1. Noodles: water = about 1:2, add a little salt, knead into dough (I like to add an egg when making noodles, the noodles will be stronger), roll out into a dough about 1 cm thick, apply vegetable oil on both sides, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1-2 hours (it will be better if you let it rest longer)

  3. Cook the cabbage sprouts and control the moisture (just put in whatever vegetables you like. I prefer the cabbage sprouts to have no special taste and a soft texture)

  4. Cook mung bean sprouts to remove moisture (I like mung bean sprouts, soybean sprouts are too big)

  5. Soy sauce: vinegar: oyster sauce = 3:2:0.5, then add chicken powder, sugar and a small amount of mustard oil (mustard oil can really enhance the taste of the noodles), and mix it into a bowl of sauce.

  6. Pour enough boiling water into the pot to start ramen noodles. Cut the dough into long strips about 1 cm wide, flatten them with your hands and then stretch them. Stir the noodles in time after putting them in the pot. The noodles will be cooked when they float. Put the noodles into a bowl, add green vegetables and bean sprouts, add onions, ginger and garlic, add half a spoon each of Sichuan pepper powder, pepper powder and ginger powder, 2 spoons of chili powder (according to personal taste), pour it with hot oil (about 2 tablespoons of oil, it must be very hot)
