Shiitake mushrooms, cut into quarters, wash and set aside

Cut green onions into sections and set aside

Chop the garlic into mince and cut into some white scallions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the double mushrooms and fry over low heat for a while

Move the two mushrooms to one side, add onions and minced garlic, and stir out the aroma
