asparagus, 1 king oyster mushroom, 1 sausage, 1 green onion, 1 piece of ginger, and half a head of garlic.

Wash the asparagus and scrape off the skin from the old roots.

Cut into segments.

Blanch for 30 seconds.

Remove and cool immediately.

King oyster mushroom sausages are cut into thick strips.

Chop green onions, shredded ginger, and garlic slices.

Have all ingredients ready.

Heat a pan, add some oil and sauté the onions, ginger and garlic.

Add the king oyster mushroom sausage and stir-fry evenly. If the king oyster mushroom contains enough water, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.

Finally, add the blanched asparagus, add salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.
