Hawaiian Shrimp Pizza
Overview
It was my first time to make pizza. Although the crust was too thin in the end and didn’t shape well, it still tasted no less than Pizza Hut’s pizza. Moreover, you can put whatever toppings you like into the pizza you make at home. It’s delicious and satisfying~

First, weigh and mix the ingredients in the main ingredients, dissolve the yeast water with warm water, and mix the dough!

Prepare to make pizza sauce. Chop the tomatoes and onions as finely as possible. Add base oil to the frying pan. Add the tomatoes to make the soup. Add tomato paste and onions and stir-fry. Finally, add salt. I didn’t buy pizza grass so I didn’t add it~

Stir-fry the mushrooms and green peppers in a pan without adding oil. The main purpose is to stir out the moisture in the vegetables, so that there will not be too much moisture in the pizza~

All the ingredients are ready. Pick out the shrimps and marinate them with cooking wine. I like to eat the prawns and pineapple the most~

After the cake base has risen, roll it into a round cake, place it in a pizza pan, and place it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes~

After baking, insert a fork into the small holes, apply a layer of olive oil with a brush, and apply a layer of honey water or egg wash to the edge of the cake. Place pizza sauce 1 cm from the edge of the pie~

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, top with prawns and a layer of shiitake mushrooms, top with mozzarella cheese, and place in the oven for ten minutes

Then add corn kernels, pineapple, ham sausage, then add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes~
