Fried three shredded shreds
Overview
The cabbage gang is not very tasty and is usually not favored. Try stir-fried three shredded cabbage noodles and make you fall in love with the cabbage gang.

Two or three slices of cabbage, about 3 taels of lean pork (the amount is optional), only half of a carrot, and five or six fungus soaked.

Cut the cabbage into sections and then into shreds, cut the carrots and pork into shreds, cut the green onion into sections, and remove the seeds from the peppers.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the shredded meat, and stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color. Sprinkle a little salt during this period, or use salt and starch to mix well in advance. Remove the shredded meat when it turns white, or move it to one side of the pot.

Add chopped green onions and chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

First add the carrots and stir-fry for a while.

Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry, pour a little vinegar.

When the shredded cabbage is slightly soft, add 2 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, a little thirteen spices, and fungus. Continue to stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed and serve.

Because oyster sauce is added, it is quite fresh, and the nutritional combination of above-ground vegetables, underground vegetables, fungi and meat is considered balanced.
