  1. Prepare old tofu and aniseed

  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes about 3 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick.

  3. When the oil pan is heated to 70%, carefully add the tofu cubes and fry over high heat.

  4. Fry the tofu into hard oil and then scoop it out.

  5. Put the fried tofu in another pot, and then pour in appropriate amount of water.

  6. The water should slightly cover the dried tofu and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  7. Pour in the aniseed.

  8. Two spoons of dark soy sauce.

  9. Add rock sugar again.

  10. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the soup thickens and the dried tofu becomes darker in color, then turn off the heat.

  11. When loading, be careful to pick out the chopped aniseed and sprinkle a little cooked white sesame seeds.

  12. Hot and cold dishes each have their own flavor.
