Walnut, Yam and Pumpkin Porridge
Overview
I have hardly eaten pumpkin in the past few decades, but I have found that I have become a little obsessed with it recently. When I go to the market to buy vegetables on weekends, I often buy a piece of it. Sometimes it is steamed, sometimes steamed and pressed into mud to make bread, sometimes steamed and made into porridge to drink directly. I like it no matter how I eat it. But today I have a different way of eating it: paired with yam and walnuts, it is absolutely delicious~~~

Peel and cut yam into sections and steam them in a pot

Peel and dice the pumpkin and steam it

Take it out while it's still hot and use the bottom of a spoon to lightly press it into a puree

Take a small amount of yam puree and put it into a cooking cup

Then pour some of the pumpkin puree

Start the cooking stick and mix well

Pour it into a cup

Crush the walnut kernels into small pieces with the back of a knife

Just sprinkle it in the cup
