【Curry Roast Tofu】---A very simple home-cooked dish
Overview
There are many types of curry, each with its own unique taste. The slightly spicy golden curry is my daughter's favorite. It has a rich aroma and a thick soup. Used to cook tofu, no other seasonings are needed to make the finished dish quite delicious. Add some shiitake mushrooms to make it even more tender and delicious, and mix it with the rice one spoonful at a time along with the soup.

Wash the tofu and mushrooms separately and cut into cubes.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the tofu and fry for a while using the back of a spatula to push gently.

Add diced mushrooms.

Add a piece of Dahi Da Golden Curry and stir-fry gently until melted.

Add just enough water to cover the tofu, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

When the soup is thickened, sprinkle in a little minced red pepper and chopped green onion, mix well and turn off the heat.
